1. I generally don't much care for Colbert, but that is absolutely brilliant.

4. Apparently, it's not so simple for a teabagger to understand...
The very first comment:

"Cut the taxes on the wealthy (Bill Ford for example). He will have MORE MONEY to HIRE people. Thus, we will have MORE TAXPAYERS! Think about it: How much money would an unemployed person pay you compared to a rich person? Successful business who employ people are owned and operated by RICH PEOPLE! If you tax them too much, then they will leave the country. (Lionel Trains, for example)"

Ah yes, that old canard again! Rich people are going to hire people with the money they save not paying taxes!

Didn't David Stockman, who basically was the guy who implemented Trickle-Down Economics write a piece in yesterday's New York Times saying that it doesn't work? And yet, the teabagger is going to squawk as if he knows what the words he is parroting means...

(I thought Lionel Trains simply went bankrupt?)

5. If you will recall Stockman got fired for saying that way back when
He actually said the same thing back when he worked for Reagan, that's what got him fired. The information has been available since long before Teabaggers. Nothing will make them understand the lunacy of their position.

6. Colbert is priceless sometimes
I loved his performance at the White House Correspondents Dinner in '06.

Best line was where he calls his show "The No Fact Zone" then says, "Fox News, I hold the copyright on that."

It's at about 1:50 in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BSE_saVX_2A
