All the dumbshits will say "Cut Foreign Aid" figuring they can save Trillions. "Cut Welfare"... now there's a huge saving. "Cut wasteful spending"... and they don't mean the Pentagon.

No state shall be able to receive more funds from the federal government than the amount of revenue donated to the federal government from that state, with the exception of disaster relief.






I would love to see how all the red states who live off the money filtered to them from blue states will react to that. Please note, this is an anti Pork Barrel Spending idea. I would never suggest cutting programs that people actually need.
