10. 10/10. All of the Luther quotes, of course, come from the infamous 1543 tract,
written late in Luther's life. I would imagine that the Hitler quotes predate the war and probably come from the "church-struggle" period of Nazi power consolidation in the period 1933-1936. Sorting out the remaining quotes is then rather easy
