Heart-attack victim saved by pizza deliveryman
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100721/ap_on_fe_st/us_odd_pizza_delivery_hero

LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Ordering a pizza may have saved George Linn's life. Linn's wife said he had just gone into cardiac arrest Friday when the pizza deliveryman knocked on the door of their Colorado home to bring their order. Kami Linn said she opened the door to "some burly-looking dude" and immediately asked for help.

The deliveryman, Chris Wuebben, happened to be a paramedic recently returned from Iraq.

Kami Linn said Wuebben performed CPR on her husband and revived him. Other paramedics who later arrived then took over. George Linn remains hospitalized in the intensive care unit.

Kami Linn said her husband has a history of heart problems.

Maybe they shouldn't have been ordering pizza.

3. Wueben's had two job offers from this.
From a different link: "Keiley said Wuebben is a military veteran who recently moved to Colorado after he was laid off from his paramedic job in Illinois. He said Wuebben is not scheduled to work at the pizza restaurant until later in the week, but Keiley may not have his new employee for long. At least one local hospital and a fire department have called to offer Wuebben a job in his chosen field after hearing of his heroics."

5. For everyone, yes.
When my parents had their 50th anniversary party, they invited the fireman who saved my dad during a heart attack.

I'll give odds that it wasn't a veggie w/out cheese.

Too many double down pepperoni and sausage w/ extra cheese.

11. Pizza man was paramedic recently returned from Iraq - the new economy
sigh. Nothing wrong with delivering pizzas, just hope it was by choice rather than inability to land paramedic job
