BOP was rate at 20,000 lbs / sq inch max - heaviest duty in existence. Blowout far exceed that level so it wouldn't it have mattered if it had been overhauled at Toys R Us - still would've failed.

but have got fed up looking for it each time the subject comes up. If all BP posts had been grouped together in one forum might've been a bit easier. You'll find it here somewhere on DU a week or so back if you search.
