Billy West is one of the top voice actors in the world. How could a poor Cal Arts student afford to hire him, even for a short gig like this? It must be...TERRORIST money!

Billy West donated his talent. Maybe.

Or it could have been stolen from Futurama. Or even Ren and Stimpy.

West could be a friend and/or mentor to the young auteur.

Or it could just be a shakedown racket. Ya never know!
