Great FinReg analogy last night from PBS Newshour
The financial system in 2008 was like driving down a highway with no speed limit. You can get to your destination really fast, but sooner or later there’s going to be a huge crash. What this bill does is bring the speed down. That doesn’t mean that there will never be any more accidents, but it will be much safer to drive.

3. In capitalism, as soon as they want to speed, theyll rip the fuckn signs down
Right now, the economy needs to build up while they position themselves for another big wealth rob. Even the capitalists know its not in their interests to continuously bleed an economy till it dies.

4. Yes. Parasites tend to evolve feeding systems
that let the host survive -- diminished, enervated, anemic, and dispirited perhaps -- but still conscious and breathing.
