Dick Cheney and organ transplants

Every time Dick Cheney is on death's door he seems to bounce back to health in short order. Is it possible he's already had a black market transplant in another country? I think its highly likely as a man as evil and unscrupulous as Cheney wouldn't be above such shenanigans. It would make sense that he would keep such a transplant secret, so I am sure we will never really know.

I suppose we could start by comparing his trips to places like China and Mexico to his medical history. It would make sense he would be able to use a State visit as cover for such a transplant.

He did make a trip to China in April 2004 and was hospitalized to have heart tests in Nov. 2004.

1. Could they use an LVAD with a transplanted heart?

2. Thats a good question, I have no idea. But the LVAD might just be a cover

and Cheney could be rejecting his transplant.

I am thinking we will find out more when the family starts infighting about how the estate will be carved up and the lackeys start suing for their piece of the pie.

3. I read that the LVAD was a bridge
to a transplant - a holding situation although one article suggested that people can function 'normally' with the LVAD.

an "American" heart.
It would be so easy for him to arrange, with his connections in the Pentagon, Blackwater, KBR, etc.

How's that for the premise of a novel, along with justice being served by the widow or the mother of the victimized murdered soldier?

5. He needed a transplanted brain about 40 years ago.
Then he would be normal and not the monster he really is.

6. He can replace his heart, but he can't replace his vascular system.
The Dick is a fool if he thinks he can cheat death indefinitely.

8. He won't get a transplant.. He's too far gone & too ill
If he were 40, maybe..but at his age and with all his health problems, he's not a viable candidate.

This is a stop-gap measure to allow him to get his affairs in order & to say buh-byee to his family & friends.. he's got maybe 6 months.. and knowing how he hates them goldurned taxes, he'll do whatever's necessary to exit stage right before Jan 1.

11. Dick Cheney Doesn't Need to Follow No Stinkin' Rules
Laws, Rules, Ethics, Morality! None of these would stop Cheney from getting a whole new body, no matter the cost, if he could.

14. I think even the Frankenstein monster had a shot at redemption and was probably
more human than Dick Vader.
