Anyone know how it's going..
with this new cap for the oil volcano? Weren't they supposed to do that this weekend. I haven't seen anything about it. Did I miss something? :shrug:

The flange transition spool was successfully added today. Next comes the lowering of new connector.

2. In the process.. its going to take a few days to complete..
meanwhile oil is gushing unimpeded into the gulf... but I suppose that's ok if this latest technique actually works.
