Faux&Friends trying to divide & conquer: Rehashing primaries "Hillary was ROBBED!1"
Edited on Sun Jul-11-10 08:32 AM by UTUSN
They featured Gigi GASTON with her 2008 piece "We Will Not Be Silenced." Uh, yaas, that would be two-thousand-EIGHT documentary.

Uh, the gushing CONCERN of Faux over our Dem votes being counted is just SEW touching!!!!!!!1

I wonder why they didn't interview Hillary CLINTON?!1

1. Yawn...
IRC, before 2008 Hillary was the Democrat Faux loved to hate. They were all deadset on her being the nominee...Rupert even threw coin at her. They were dying for a Hillary/Rudy knock down drag 'em out. Rudeee as we saw fizzled before he even got going and then Rupert's "investment" in Hillary didn't pan out either. That's when Faux became Puma Central.

Listening to Faux talk about Democrats is like listening to a nun describe coitus.

2. It's like reading Ruben NAVARRETTE making DEMANDS on Dem party
Demanding who our candidates should be and supposedly listing exhaustively how the Dem party has failed Hispanics.

CNN.com features him as a columnist, presumably as an Hispanic voice. He is NOT representative of Hispanic opinion.

He is another Affirmative Action alum who turned against "White Liberal males" (his words) who somehow did him wrong by instituting programs benefitting minorities. I don't know what it is about Affirmative Action and those supposedly Lib ivy league schools that seem to turn their alums AGAINST said Libs. Is it professors telling them, "Don't be stereotypical, go against type"?!1

He claims to be a "cafeteria" (non-partisan) who picks and chooses from *all* parties, yet he invariably parrots Shrub-CHEENEE and castigates Dems. What this means is that he skips the Dem plates of entrees and always chooses the empty wingnut dishes to do the wingnut DISHWASHING. And, typical of "cafeteria" visitors, he expects to walze in to a Party he never supports and jump in front of the party regulars who have always been there.

Whew!1 I seem to have vented.

3. I Saw Something Similar
CSPIN had Linda Sanchez on...another GOOP sockpuppet who pretends to be an independent hispanic woman. She plays the "Democrats are racist" card constantly...as those standing up for minorities are only doing so to "steal votes" and somehow force them to vote against their own best interests. It's the "plantation" meme the GOOP has astroturfed for years to try to negate their own racism as some kind of Democratic tactic.

Rant as you will...I'm right there with you. The projection from these people create a veneer for the rest of the corporate media to frame many issues and totally avoid the right wing's blatant racism and sexism.

OK...I'm done ranting, too

:rant off:

Cheers...

5. Do you mean Linda CHAVEZ, who is an out-&-out Rethug?
Edited on Sun Jul-11-10 10:32 AM by UTUSN
The difference between and NAVARRETTE is that he claims to be independent while CHAVEZ is out-&-out Rethug. Linda SANCHEZ is one of the Dem SANCHEZ sisters from California.

CHAVEZ is a long time sell-out Rethug, the "highest ranking" Hispanic woman under RAYGUN and nominated by Shrub to destroy the Dept of Labor, but had to withdraw because of her nanny problem.

CHAVEZ and NAVARRETTE worked in tandem in college debate circles, attacking all things Lib. Our DUer "Maestro" debated them fiercely back then and knows all of their dirty tricks.

I wonder why CHAVEZ doesn't use her married name, from Wiki: "Chavez is of Hispanic (father's side) descent and Anglo-American (mother's side) ancestry,<16>. She is married to Christopher Gersten, former Bush Administration official... "

6. They're not interviewing Hillary Clinton because Hillary Clinton
has made peace with the fact that she didn't win the nomination.

And apparently she's the only one who has.
