The fishermen have to work for BP to clean up the oil and if they don't will get docked for their claims for the salary they would have made if they had worked for BP to clean up their mess!

6. BP will continue to get away with whatever they can.

They've already gotten away with not drilling this well with all the safety precautions in effect that were readily available and required by law in most other countries.

They've gotten away with having no seriously workable plan in effect in case something bad did happen.

And now they've gotten away with fucking up the Gulf of Mexico for generations to come.
