15. It's a tough matchup.
Reagan probably killed more people with his domestic policies than Shrub did with his foreign ones.

But it's close.

4. Both fucked us over really bad
We recovered from raygun somewhat thanks to Clinton but raygun fucked me personally and I never have fully recovered from that loss.

But I must say that what bu$h did to this country as a whole is probably much much worse.

Raygun started the decline of America and bu$h just finished it off. Can you really judge the severity of what one did with out the other?

23. Don't wish it.......Do it
I went to that fuckin library in the Simi Valley and pissed on his grave and I'll tell you, it felt great!!

Although I think it would be harder for a woman to do this, but it is not impossible. People just don't expect it, and that site doesn't have a lot of people around it.

16. If it wasn't for Reagan
Neither Bush would have been elected. I think Reagan has to be one of the worst, but most influential presidents we've ever had, and IMO one of the worst scourges in US history happened with him as prez--the rise of the radical religious right, with no regard for the millions of people who aren't in that segment of the population.

28. Remember the crazy economy at the end of Carter's first term?
Home mortgages in the mid-teens (mine was 16.6%) large CDs paid 12% or more. The Repukes are certainly willing to tank the economy for political gain and the more wealth they control the easier it is for them to do it.

35. And if you overdrew your account, it would cost ya two bucks, max.
It didn't even cost me that much. I had an account that if the checking was overdrawn, it would trigger an automatic loan to cover the difference, no questions asked. That happened to me once, and I had to pay back the interest...the cost: a whopping 5 cents.

55. I Am Absolutely Shocked
that three people voted for Eisenhower. LOL

I had to vote for Bush II (can't even stand to hear his voice), but the sign that so many people voted for Reagan is a sign to me that people are starting to move on. Two years ago this poll would have been 90% Bush.

And as far as Nixon goes, I would like to remind the community of perhaps the most shocking thing Hunter S Thompson ever wrote IMO, having to do with his feelings for Hubert Humphrey. He said that if Humphrey won the nomination in 1972, he would cast his vote for Richard Nixon.
