7. I got a call from them this afternoon

asking for $100. I told her I wouldn't give money to them until they elected real democrats who actually voted with the democrats, no more Blue Dogs. She then asked me for $50. I said what aren't you understanding? Show me who you are backing first, in the meantime I will give only to individual candidates.

8. I got a call last week and explained that I only donate to

individual campaigns because I don't want my money going DINOs who vote against things I care about. The woman was actually very nice and didn't even bother asking for a smaller amount. I got the impression that she had heard the same thing from lots of other people.

if enough of us keep saying it. It really takes a lot of nerve to ask us for money after all the name calling they have done about the base. I am only working for state candidates this time around. Our dem committee didn't carry petitions for our congressperson and he was shocked. But then he voted twice in a row with the dems. Maybe the news did something to him.
