at what point are you and you alone responsible for the actions of your administration instead of the previous seat holder?
obama gets stuck with policies that bush got stuck with by clinton who got stuck with some policies by poppie bush who got stuck with policies by reagan

after how much time will i know what is being done by the obama administration and what is still being done by the administrations of previous presidents?
i mean there are a lot of things i always believed the president could do and now i find out he cant
all those things are just being screwed up by out of office presidents i guess

I think you need to look at the issues one-by-one and (1) determine what needs to be done to correct the problem and (2) consider what has already been done to either fix or make-worse the situation.
