Video on cell phone at Goodwill leads to arrest

TACOMA, Wash. - Graphic video found on a cell phone donated to a Goodwill store has led to the arrest of a man on suspicion of first-degree child rape and sexual exploitation of a minor, according to court records.

Michael Comte, 32, faces a court appearance Friday on the charges after video and photos were found on the phone showing a 3-year-old girl being molested.

According to court documents, Comte allegedly videotaped the molestation then donated the phone to the Goodwill store for resale without deleting the graphic images.

A Goodwill employee later took the phone from the donation bin - against company rules - and gave it to his girlfriend without knowing about the images.
