Just reported on MSNBC: 80% chance of tropical storm forming and heading into the oil area.
An orgasmic sort of cleansing of the water or a catastrophe of unimaginable proportions?

2. That would carry the oil even further beyond it's current reach
If flood waters rose in Gulf Coast states, you could have oil reach other bodies of water through run off. Most definitely a catastrophe.

3. I heard on NPR that they need 7 days notice to disconnect

the ship pulling what oil they can from this disaster. So any notice that really substantiates a storm means a weeks worth of
lost time, plus bringing it back and setting it up. Sigh...

4. We'll literally see the results of pouring oil on troubled water.
And the results of troubling oil-troubled water will likely be horrendous.

5. What will happen? We just plain don't know.
But we are probably going to find out -- soon.

6. Pending? Or 80% chance of happening?
How gawd awful this is, my heart aches for anything that lives and breathes in that Gulf.

Cuss words for BP of the strongest manner.

Where the heck are the clean up crews? Will there be even more of nothing after a storm hits? I have yet so see any photo's of workers on beaches. Just pictures of bird cleaning and of course, the poor dead dolphin.

Where is the cleanup force? Where will they be after a storm. Just more white suited photo op's?

Damn it, I'm getting madder by the second.

9. The southern coast could turn into a giant superfund site.
Maybe it's a superfund site already. It makes me ill.
