“◦“The Ed Show” drew more viewers than CNN at 6 p.m. for the third consecutive month (632,000 vs. 532,000). “The Ed Show” is up more than any other cable news show among A25-54, growing 28 percent versus May 2009 (160,000 vs. 125,000), and is up 24 percent among P2+ (632,000 vs. 508,000)."

3. He seems to draw big crowds at his Town Halls, too.

Ed still has a lot of the Midwest in him, in that he speaks his mind and doesn't care if the elite don't like it. He has been strong for unions, too. He doesn't just say No!, he says, Hell, NO! when he feels like it and they identify with Ed. He also calls people out, whether they are Dem or Repug. If they are wrong in his eyes, he says so.

Rachel is also calling people out for their comments and beliefs. I like the way she researches and exposes hypocrites. She doesn't back down and neither does Ed.

That's what we need in journalism/media.

He's been doing some very good rants and he does have guests from both sides...people you don't usually see on the other cables. Congresscritters and such who he's cultivated through the years by allowing them to express views on his radio show.
