he was down there, and asked some coasties what could he do to help? Tell the story of what is being done. Such as... double booms around Pelikan rookeries, and other things.

As he put it, the story is being heavily distorted, which some of us suspected from the world go since we went online and found the distortion. Now as I (and he) asked, is this bad messaging?
