Republican Deficit Hawks -- ask THEM to give up their pensions
CHOP FROM THE TOP.

These jackasses write checks for war like drunken sailors, and then look to *cut costs* on the backs of the poorest in our nation - SS and Medicare.

Why don't we ask Washington to GIVE UP the pay raises they give themselves automatically, raise their health insurance rates 100 per cent - and place an immediate STOP on pensions for the Congress until the deficit is paid down. And while we're at it - take AWAY the leased cars and the gas allowances. Let them use their own vehicles - or lease them out of their OWN pay.

CHOP FROM THE TOP.

Can anyone add to the list of things that should be CUT from Congress?

4. They need a Health Care Co-pay that caps at their personal wealth.
They deserve worse. Some of them do. Some of them deserve good and even great compensation.

We have no infrastructure for effecting decisions on what is fair or not. We should create such a thing, perhaps using juries.
