I'll chip in for some wood, rotten eggs and tomatoes!

I wish I knew how to make a game to be able to throw tomatoes or eggs at him like in the 'good old days' of yore.

1. i'd rather see him
buried up to his neck in the sand on one of those oiled beaches...

but whatever we can get...i'll be surprised if he's ever charged with anything...

3. I saw that in a movie "Captain Blood" where a man was buried in low tide & drowned in high tide.
I like your oil idea. You're right. Hayward won't serve a day in jail or have one penny of his fortune taken from him. This is just an inconvenience to him but he knows he'll get to go back to his mansions and forget the entire thing as soon as his butler closes the door behind him at his mansion.

But that too much be considered cruel and unusual punishment and declared unconstitutional.

14. Tony Curtis was saved from a similar fate in "The Vikings" by
strong winds conjured up by some old crone.

4. This guy is very fortunate to have Barton to throw out to the sharks.

Outrageous as his comments were today, what is being overlooked is how Hayward was defiant, uncooperative, and evasive.

He's a cocky little shit and it needs pointing out that this man provided no assistance in finding out what went on to the committee.

5. The right goes ballistic when s terrorist lawyers up, but it's ok for CEOs to do it
It's obvious Hayward lawyered up and was arrogant and defiant. He is an ecoterrorist so where are all the people in the right wing demanding his head? Two thirds of republicans in congress support BP and feel Obama shaked down BP for 20 billion. If any of them win in November SHAME on democratic leadership for not exposing these oil company whores.

6. His shareholders will get him fired
I believe his days at BP are numbered. It's not nice to piss off your shareholders.

11. Well, at one time that was the penalty for treason.
since he likes the outdoors so much, at least on a yacht, I say give him a small tent and put him on one of the oil-soaked barrier islands and just wait for a hurricane.
