I like your oil idea. You're right. Hayward won't serve a day in jail or have one penny of his fortune taken from him. This is just an inconvenience to him but he knows he'll get to go back to his mansions and forget the entire thing as soon as his butler closes the door behind him at his mansion.

But that too much be considered cruel and unusual punishment and declared unconstitutional.

It's obvious Hayward lawyered up and was arrogant and defiant. He is an ecoterrorist so where are all the people in the right wing demanding his head? Two thirds of republicans in congress support BP and feel Obama shaked down BP for 20 billion.
