Anyone have more info on Lawrence O'Donnell's new show?

I heard that it will be replacing the Countdown rebroadcast at 9pm EST. That's all I know. Does anyone have any other details, like when the show will go on the air for the first time, name of the show, etc.?

On Tuesday, MSNBC announced that Lawrence O'Donnell, had been given a contract to fill the 10 p.m. slot following the Rachel Maddow Show through the 2012 presidential election.

Lawrence O'Donnell's show is not being rushed, and not expected to premiere until the fall of 2010. No announcement was made as to the title or content of the show, only that O'Donnell is "developing" the show for the MSNBC evening prime-time slot.

3. I'd guess they'll launch the Tuesday after Labor Day.

As that is the traditional launch of both the new TV season and the political season (though neither one really follows that tradition all that much anymore)
