that was a stock market crash inducing fake speech that assumes Obama is a dictator and that her proposals aren't without economic consequences that would be disastrous in November. There has been a lot of talking head silliness from people who have much larger than average carbon footprints in a country that consumes nearly 1/4 of the world's reserves while accounting for only a fraction of the production necessary for that consumption to continue.

His first term is deluged by the onslaught of troubles caused by the last eight years - and not just all Repugs in Congress.

Whatta mess, but I still have confidence that his smarts, combined with realistic assessments of what can be done to advance a more progressive agenda in this toxic political environment will yield results.
