to make one party (you'll know who) look worse than the other party. A teabagger was punched in the face at a protest...the man who did the punching said the bagger pushed him... It looks to me like it was edited "a certain way".

I couldn't find an article to link to that wasn't a winger site. If anyone can find one, please link. It took place in NC.

1. I can't tell if it's deliberately edited or there were points where the guy just wasn't filming, but

...but it looked like what inevitably happens when people are getting in each others' faces, trading insults ("shouldn't you be at work? do you have a job?" What about you, lady?), etc., and nobody is keeping the peace.

Fuses get short, someone does something (or doesn't, but the other guy misinterprets it), and punches start being thrown.

2. I agree with you about the...

short fuses things. But it did seem to me that the video stopped and started at "convenient" times. One of the sources for this vid. is Biggovernment.com and we know they have a history of being dishonest. Foxnation.com also has the video, but I can't find a site that's not far right to see if there's a "cleaner" one.

3. It looked like he was pushed before he threw the punch

At around 1:36 - 1:39 you can see the guy holding the dog arm come forward forcing the other guy to back up. Doesn't look like it was edited, but might have shut off while moving around the crowd for better shot.
