Yesterday AP reported on the 14 month long absence of a CIA Inspector General.

President Obama did affirm his commitment to open up the corrupted security classification system (that was criminally perverted by BUSH/CHENEY/RUMSFELD et al) as The National Security Archive's Electronic Briefing Book below stated
