Even though Janice Hahn is carrying Los Angeles County, here's how it's shaking out with 33% of the votes in:

Gavin Newsome - 560,402 (57%)

Janice Hahn - 307,789 (31.3%)

Eric Korevaar - 115,117 (11.7%)

Pro-environment, pro gay marriage/rights, progressive stance on most everything.

4. Good. I voted for Gavin.

The main problem that I had with Hahn is that one of her pet projects would have eliminated many blue collar jobs and weakened the labor unions in CA as a result.

She's not as well known state-wide, but I've met her and she would have also been good.

However, I have no problem with Gavin Newsom...

8. My household voted for Hahn...

I'm gay, but his challenge to the marriage law didn't do much to offset what I saw as overall political opportunism, right-wing tendencies, and creepiness in personal relations.

But we will vote for Newsom in November, of course.
