What's your favorite providence of Canada?
for me, it's British Columbia, or possibly their generous health care system.

Vancouver is an amazing city blending European, Asian and North American cultures,
with a little southern California thrown in.

8. I think you mean "province" not providence!
However, having said that, I can't choose. My mom is from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, and my dad was from Newfoundland.

My aunt and most cousins are in Ontario, and some of my entertainment industry friends are in BC.

I can't choose a single one, but I've listed the ones I've known, with Cape Breton and Ontario being the ones I've been to the most.

27. Cool!
Where abouts? I'm not that familiar with the east coast of the Island, but know the west coast of it pretty well. My mom comes from Long Point, next to Creignish to the south, and Judique to the north. It's gotten more built up over the years, though, and I wish it had stayed unaffected.

21. My only real experience with Canada
was the five weeks I spent in Vancouver, BC in '96 on business. A beautiful city surrounded by beautiful countryside. I didn't want to come home! So I would have to say British Columbia, but that may be because it's the only Province (not "Providence") of Canada I know.

38. The only province I ever visited was Quebec, plus it's the one where
most of my French Canadian ancestors lived (all around Montreal).

So I think it's probably my favorite...although I do believe I would like BC too.

44. The Only Ones I've Been to
are Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, and they were wonderful. (We were going to going to ferry to Labrador, but it seemed the paved roads were almost nonexistent once you landed.)

I have wanted to go to Banff for ages, partly since my grandparents honeymooned there in the 1920s. Heck, I'd like to go to Northwest Territories. The more remote the better.

My 20-year-old daughter loves Canada and has been there four times with her mother. She has the following beloved bumper sticker:

50. Never been there yet...
...but would have trouble deciding which province I'd want to visit first.

British Columbia, home of Skinny Puppy and the 2010 Olympics?

Newfoundland, home of Fundy Bay and Great Big Sea, along with what I understand to be some really good pubs?

Or maybe New Brunswick, which is where all the American expatriates went after the Revolution?

Honestly, it looks like it's all good up there.
