The principal of the school announced that he'd been wrong to ask the artists to lighten the skin of the children on the mural. Good for them/him.

Nice to have a good bit of news for a change.

Good on them for acknowledging the error of their ways and attempting to put it right. I don't care what motivated them, they did the right thing. Kudos.

And next time some demagogue with a microphone tries to stampede public opinion, you can stand your ground a little better. So first, develop some principles, Mr. Principal, and learn to articulate them so that it's easier to explain to the easily-stampeded knuckleheads.
