With enemies like the teabaggers, I don't need any friends

I've previously commented on Teabag Tim D'Annunzio, the Army veteran who became a defense contractor who's running for Congress in NC-8 on a campaign that says the government is too bloated and the only way to fix it is by completely defunding it with the Unfair Tax.

I didn't know the half of it. This man, who the teabaggers just LOVE, has drawn the attention of Tom Fetzer, chairman of the NC Republican Party, who's in violation of Ronald Reagan's Golden Rule--"thou shalt not speak ill of another Republican" by calling D'Annunzio unfit for public office at any level. Of course, Fetzer's got a point: right now, the most important thing in that race is not getting Larry Kissell, who's a pretty good guy for a Blue Dog, reelected; it is keeping fucking Tim D'Annunzio the hell out of any elected office. The man doesn't even deserve to be elected dogcatcher. Let's see...

This is what worries me: this fucking guy was a Parachute Rigger when he was in the Army. Was he high on smack while he packed parachutes for Our Troops?

You guys cringe at Rand Paul's half-whacked campaign. Trust me on this: compared to Teabag Timmy, Rand Paul is completely sane and lucid.
