America's future in two short videos

This tells America's future in two short videos IMO, where we are currently headed unless more aggressive action is taken.

Post Manufacturing, moving to other countries...

Post Employment, moving the money out of mainstream America...

1. Looks worse than the former Soviet Union
After living there, I can say that they have a more realistic outlook. They KNOW that they are poor, that life is a struggle that the elites are not going to help them with, and that life is what they make of it. Here in America, we think that employment is going to rebound, that banks are going to lend again, that insurance companies can be made to cover illness.

all will be well. You mention this to some and they say you are depressing, but they do not want to face facts and effective corrective action. So we all sit here in a slow motion train wreck. The stimulus funding is pennies in comparison to what is needed to restore this country.

Unless we are all going to flip burgers and similar, the infrastructure of real economic power creating Jobs across the spectrum is gone or has collapsed. And many corporations will sell out the country to make a buck, and this is how they operate, it's American business.

We have a failed economic system with capitalism and a free market now run amuck. And we have a bribed gov. through political contributions, lobbyists, the revolving doors between congress and corporations and a supreme court that thinks corporations are people for political contributions. None in their right mind could expect this system to work the way it is now.

And this combined with a populace many of whom are proud to be ignorant.

It's certainly not a recipe for success.
