to get back to highway blogging. Those living in the Gulf States are living the disaster wrought by BP 24/7 but the rest of the nation is being told to just keep on consuming, all is well, our oil culture is alive and well.

Even if you or someone like you doesn't feel like you want to do actual highway blogging you can help, right here, right now, by offering short, pithy BP slogans. The goal will be to make the name BP synonymous with death, destruction and environmental mayhem. Of course, the shorter the slogan, the easier it is to get it up. Plus, highway drivers have notoriously short attention spans (except during rush hour). I know there are some who would say any publicity is good publicity but I think that might not be true. When you think of Exxon, do you think of a tiger in your tank, or the Exxon Valdez? See?

So, post some witty and yet eviscerating quotes here and someone just like you may well put it up on a freeway near you.
