Chevron Admits Kickbacks to Saddam
Attorneys for oil giant Chevron are on the verge of a settlement with federal prosecutors after admiting the company gave kickbacks to former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. Saddam made almost $2 billion in back-door deals with various companies in the United Nation's Oil-for-Food program. 5. Great. Even the oil companies are committing treason and getting away with it.
Of course, this is "light treason" (as my favorite show calls it), but still, this is treason.
