just curious as to how the oilman's state would handle this should it be hit with oil sheen, tarballs, and raw oil.

5. a tropical storm would likely push from the east to the west -- so, that's a problem for TX

right now, though -- it doesn't look like they're in the direct line of "fire."

the larger problem is in the undersea plumes killing everything in the Gulf.
