looks like a Tropical Storm is forming in the Gulf of Mexico
lets hope it peters out instead of petering up.

That sooooo sucks, this is go0ing to be a facepalmand tearful year for us and the gulf and atlantic...shit.

if it goes over florida, it is going straight into the big gulf stream and straight to europe, and i am sure there is enough oil to share over there too... it's gut wrenching to watch. Never felt so freaking helpless in my life and so angry at our humanness and stupidity and greed... ashamed, ya, that's it. ask the dolphins and whales to forgive us, will ya?

woonder if some of these other countries will sue BP as well? or will they demand that the US take more control, etc...?

3. It lost strength from early this morning
but those damned things have minds of their own and there is no telling what it will do. NOAA gives it a 10% chance of strengthening within the next 48 hours.

but projections do have it entering the Gulf. :(

5. It's still in the Caribbean sea
and we're looking at the remnants of Agatha which formed in the Pacific.
