If she couldn't run HP then why would we want her as a senator?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carly_Fiorina#Hewlett-Packard

Outside judgments on Fiorina's tenure at HP are mixed. In 2008, Infoworld grouped her with a list of products and ideas as flops, declaring her to be the "anti-Steve Jobs" for reversing the goodwill of American engineers and for alienating existing customers.listed Fiorina as one of "The 20 Worst American CEOs of All Time", characterizing the HP-Compaq merger as a widely regarded failure, and citing the halving of HP's stock value under Fiorina's tenure

Yes that's the person I want as my US Senator. I mean geez this is the party that embraced a man that bankrupted TWO businesses (bush) so I guess Fiorina is perfect for them.

14. She ran a remarkably successful IT company into the ground--that's not personal,
Edited on Tue Jun-01-10 11:34 AM by blondeatlast
that's GW Bush level incompetence.

Plus she had the unmitigated gall to blame the failure on the employees. I don't want to just see her lose, I want her disgraced--as I thought she already was, but I'll be damned.

9. Oh I thought it was because she survived Breast Cancer
I mean she has a shitload of money so I'm sure she had the best care out there - but she'll be happy to screw those working class folks with Breast Cancer.

8. The people who want to prove government is incompetent so they can shrink it and drown it
in a bathtub find promoting incompetence within government an effective means to an end.
See Bush, G. W. as one of their recent, hugely successful (for them), examples.

11. Her commercials are quite creepy but....
Whitman is driving me nuts one cannot watch TV, listen to the radio, or drive down the street without her blanket propaganda advertisement in your face. Please California I know we are hurting but we do not need Carly or Meg these two would be a continued disaster.

Go Brown and Boxer!

12. Everything I have read says this is Jerry Brown's race to lose
the senate race might be a tad bit tighter but Boxer has the progressive credentials to win!
