Has she just blown off the subpoena? What is the next move?

1. If you or I ignored a subpoena we'd be arrested.
Waxman's next move should be to have Rice arrested. Have Alberto Gonzalez slap on the silver bracelets and haul her away!

at it and nothing is done, does it matter? It's not like we're going to do anything about it or the war. There's an election coming.
