Comedian Jon Lovitz is one of two Hollywood personalities sued by the Los Angeles Dodgers on Monday for allegedly failing to pay for season tickets.
Lovitz owes the team $95,400 for three premium seats for the current season.
A representative for Lovitz was not immediately available for comment on the breach of contract lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
According to the complaint, Lovitz entered into a contract with the team in March 2008 for use of the three dugout club seats for all baseball games during the seasons of 2008-10, with annual 3 percent increases per seat for the second and third years.
