Fox Asks GOPer: 'Where do WE Stand' with Midterm Elections ?
"Fair and Balanced" Fox News host Bill Hemmer asked Rep. Tom Price (R-GA) about GOP prospects for upcoming midterm elections: "I want to know from you how you evaluate all these primaries we’ve been watching now. … As you evaluate things right now, some five a half months out, I mean, where do we stand? How strong a position are Republicans? ..."

This morning, during an a segment about the upcoming midterm elections, Fox News host Bill Hemmer asked Rep. Tom Price (R-GA) about the GOP’s prospects. But in formulating his question, Hemmer suggested that he or the broader Fox News were part of the Republican party:

HEMMER: I want to know from you how you evaluate all these primaries we’ve been watching now. … As you evaluate things right now, some five a half months out, I mean, where do we stand? How strong a position are Republicans? Or what happened in Pennsylvania, in Jack Murtha’s old district, does that give people like you pause and say, hang on here, we’ve got a lot of work to do still.’

This isn’t the first time Fox News has betrayed its “fair and balanced” slogan. Since President Obama was elected, the network has nurtured the opposition to his policies, actively promoting the Tea Party movement and reporting on a myriad of right-wing conspiracies and rumors. Last year, in an interview with NPR, Fox News’ Senior Vice President for Programming, Bill Shine, admitted that the network is consciously aiming to be “the voice of opposition” to the Obama administration “on some issues.” Six months later the network was caught “encouraging a crowd to scream and holler during a ‘report’ by Fox News’ Griff Jenkins at the 9/12 protest.”

1. At least Hemmer's being honest. The rest of their lying asses is an insult to people w/ intelligence
Not that this is saying much for Hemmer. Anyone working on the Faux Noise Machine lacks integrity.
