Please support the nomination of Goodwin Liu to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Liu is a nationally-recognized expert on constitutional law who has been voted unanimously well-qualified by the American Bar Association. He has obtained broad bipartisan support from the legal and academic community including from Kenneth Starr. His nomination does not even come close to meeting the threshold of "extraordinary circumstances" as formulated by moderate Senators (the gang of 14) in the past.
