Not on the homepage of ABC--FOX--CBS-- and CNN has it number 3 in their Top Story category.

Let me know when you are ready to take to the streets and demonstrate. Not on a
Saturday, in DC, with permission, and offices are silent..........but on a weekday to stop business and traffic.

I have been suggesting this for almost a year now.

It's the very least we can do.

5. What's The Use Of Those Sites???
I know there are the news junkies out here who can't get enough of it, but I find enough other sources now that I all but avoid the CORPORATE (they don't reflect the opinions of the Main Street in my town...only the Beltway in theirs) MEDIA when it comes to important news coverage or analysis. All they provide are the pictures...and nothing more. No content or context. That I find in the major newspapers and blogs.

Those "homepages" are nothing more than commericals or "value added"...a way to make a couple more bucks from those who "click" in...but they offer zero in substance.

Thanks to Atrios or Kos or ThinkProgress, they keep track of what's going on in Iraq. If anything, I see a greater focus on the deaths in Iraq than I did in Vietnam...where those deaths many times wouldn't be reported except for the weekly "tally" where we'd see 150 Americans killed, but that was OK cause there were an "estimated" 2,000 NVA killed as well.

6. Why the fuck should I worry my Beautiful Fucking Mind about dead GIs?
It's not relevant......

What is relevant is that the Chimp and the Joker suffer more than do the families of the poor, dead and expendable commodities known as Warfighters.

It's enough to make you shit blood.
