So let me get this straight now...the GOPers can be held in prison forever?
They have screwn everybody in America and if they are allowed to run loose they'll do it again.

Supreme Court Rules 'Sexually Dangerous' Can Be Held Longer Than Sentences

A 7-to-2 majority of the Supreme Court ruled today that Congress has the authority to pass a law allowing federal prisoners who have been deemed "sexually dangerous" to be held beyond the date of their original sentence.

2. Their very existence is dangerous. Therefore, they should be removed from society.
IMO, prison is too good for them.

A simpler and cheaper solution is to eliminate them. Like the cancer they are.
