Could Mark Souder's campaign contributors get their money back from him??

Just wondering why these guys never have class action lawsuits against them. Obviously, God, public humiliation, and destroying your family aren't enough of deterrants to keep these idiots under control, but he's definitely committed fraud by claiming to be something he's not.

Usually I hear of people like him rolling those contributions over to another candidate or even giving suspect contributions to charity or whatever...but he's already spent $300,000 (which is more than his net-worth) so why don't those people start demanding their money back?

I'd sure be pissed if I spent $100+ of my hard earned money on someone who was lying to me about their values and stuff and then has to end up quitting for being a lying sack of sh*t.
