1. I voted yes, I have no qualms with Kagan's nomination. However, I am free to change my mind
in light of new information.

2. Should that be "on" Kagan, rather than "for"?
I took the question to be whether I know how I would vote were I a senator, independent of whether my decision is pro or anti. That's the only way the poll makes sense. But the "for" language implies a decision in support. Not sure which way you meant.

4. No, I have not yet decided
To be honest, I have not had time to look into her history at all. I did hear a small blurb on NPR but it did not have much actual information about her, just that both sides seem to be opposing her.

I don't know enough about Kagan yet to form a good opinion either way. So far I've seen things I like about her and things I don't. However, personally I was hoping he would have nominated Diane Wood.

10. I have decided not to decide, because the decision has already been made for us.
our voices in this pick don't matter. The politicians use this as a platform to spout off their fluff so they they can be reappointed in november. When you stop believing that we still have a say in how our government runs, you will suddenly see how things really work.
