They haven't released a name yet and are trying to contact the owner.

then I guess. "Furtively"? There was really nothing "furtive" about his movements. Wasn't it hot in NYC this weekend? It looks to me like a guy who stopped, rather slowly took off a long sleeved shirt and then continued on about his business. Seriously, shame on the media for jumping all over this with that type of language.

11. Agreed. I'm not going to call the guy 100% innocent, but just based on

that video--a guy shedding a layer of clothing--he hasn't done anything to make me think he's guilty.

Show him coming out of the bomb/SUV, and I'll think differently.

It looks like to me that he swung his right arm at the vehicle. You can see the flash of his white hand as he swings it back to his side as he walks away.

Can no one see, really?, that this is just a ploy by the republican party to distract Pres. Obama from tackling the Arizona immigration issue? No one in their right mind will stand in front of the camera like that and change the clothes, look directly into the camera twice, then look at the vehicle they just set up to go off. And on top of that anyone who would have wanted to do this for real, knows what kind of fertilizer to use if that was how they wanted to make the bomb. If it was truly more than just a distraction then the bomb would have actually went off and not just smoke to gain attention. The guy in the video clearly wanted to be seen.
