As for the target, who'd want to wipe out a bunch of tourists on a Saturday night? Islamic terrorists usually pick better targets, like maybe high rise banking centers or even Wall Street.

While putting a dent in the tourist industry might appeal to amateurs, whether home grown baggers or Muslim wannabes, the pros go after bigger fish.

... of when I worked on the 55 story bank building in Miami back in the 20th century.....goes like this:

Two immigrants are working as laborers, their first job in this country. At break they ask me what there is to eat around here, I direct them to a hot dog vendor at the corner. They both get a horrified look on their faces and one says "In my country dog is family pet, we do not eat!", while the second says "Where I come from we believe it possible to come back in next life as dog!"; Yeah yeah, whatever, go hungry then.

They talk to one another for a minute and decide that if they are going to live here they might as well follow the local customs and each went and got a hot dog. After sitting down and unwrapping their lunch they got quiet. Then one turned to the other and asked

"What part did you get?"
