Vanderbilt Childrens Hosital's emergency room has flooded....Patients have been moved to higher floors...They fear losing Power...Major flooding in TN from Memphis to Middle TN...The Governor has called out the National Guard... Confirmed..7 people have lost their lives...Interstate 40 has been closed from Dixon to Memphis for the second time...and there is more comming
