Actually, I don't believe the lead in line. But that is what Wall Street goons do. They bet on the failure of America and then they rig the game to cause it to fail. They can't lose, because they make the rules. I'm sure if they could find a way to profit off of the gulf disaster and strip every hard working fisherman of his livelihood they would do it.
