She's right. They should have stopped them before issuing them. These would be considered *custom* plates, yes? There was plenty of time to stop them then.

I tried to get WTF-911 in Oregon, but they won't allow personalized plates to be ordered with a combination of 3 digits and 3 letters. :shrug:
