It doesn't have to be this way, it shouldn't be this way and we shouldn't allow it to be this way. Our politicians are the ones who dropped the ball here, others took advantage of it but the laws the congress passes sets the policies every one uses. There is a lot of rich people who should be jailed right now and thats a fact.
