Over the past two years, I've been honored to work with Tom White in the Nebraska Legislature.

We'll miss Tom in the Legislature, but I know he can do so much more for Nebraska in Congress. His willingness to work across the aisle, his commitment to finding positive solutions, and his dedication to representing middle class families are all qualities we sorely need in Washington.

My roots with Tom run deep. Tom not only urged me to run for the Nebraska Legislature, but he was one of my first supporters to write a check to my campaign. Then, after I won my election and arrived in Lincoln, Tom was an invaluable resource as I worked to learn the ways of the Nebraska Legislature.

I sought out Tom's help for one reason: He knows how to get things done. In just one term in the Legislature, Tom has proven himself a leader on issues that matter to Nebraska families.

Tom will continue to be that leader in Congress, and that's why I'm so excited about his campaign.
