Somehow the US Supreme Court needs to share the blame for this latest oil disaster.

When they drastically reduced the Exxon-Mobil's monetary liabilty stemming from the 1989 Exxon-Valdez oil tanker crash.

The US Supreme court gave liscense to big polluters with that decision.

The 'fab' 5. The reich wing side of the court that is.

. . . as it so happens, in Exxon Shipping Co. v. Baker, the decision in question, Justice Souter authored the opinion of the Court.
